Shipping
Packaging. We take great care in preparing our chocolates and in ensuring that they arrive the way we packed them—in perfect condition and ready to enjoy.
When We Ship. We ship orders as indicated for each product. Transit times vary based on destination and distance from our location in New York, and occasionally weather.
How We Ship. Our standard shipping is through USPS and UPS.
Shipping Rates. Our current shipping rates are effective as of March 2, 2022.
Where We Ship. We ship orders placed through this website to U.S. addresses provided by you during the checkout process. Please provide the correct street address and include the company name and appropriate suite or apartment number, when necessary, to ensure proper delivery. My Chocolate Soul is not responsible for delayed or incorrect deliveries by shipping carriers, deliveries to wrong addresses provided by customers, or returned shipments that were not claimed by recipients. Returned items will incur additional shipping costs to re-ship. Please note that we prefer not to ship to post office (PO) boxes and will not be responsible for any product damages or delays in deliveries to or pickups from post office boxes.
Sales Tax. We are required by New York state law to charge sales tax on all orders delivered or shipped within the state. The sales tax applies to shipping rates.
