When will my order ship?

Why do your products have specific shipping dates?
We make limited quantities of our signature chocolates in small batches approximately every three weeks. We typically ship orders within 24 hours of making them so your chocolates arrive as fresh as possible.
What is the shelf life of your products?
  • 3 weeks for most chocolates/confections
  • 4 weeks for chocolate bars and bark
  • 5 days for most baked sweets
*Note: warmer temperatures and humidity will affect shelf life.
How should I store my chocolates/sweets?
Store your chocolates in their original packaging and at room temperature (68-70oF) away from heat and direct sunlight. We do not recommend refrigerating or freezing our chocolates.
What about food allergens?
Our products are made in a facility that processes milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soy.

Note that chocolates without nuts/nut ingredients may have come in contact with items containing nut ingredients. People with severe nut allergies should NOT consume our chocolates.

Gluten - Most of our chocolates are gluten-free. Items containing gluten are noted in the ingredients label.

Vegan - We currently do not have any vegan items.
Do you sell sugar-free chocolate?
No. The chocolate we use, even our high cacao percentage dark chocolate, has some sugar in it.

Can I return my order? Do you give refunds?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and we do not give refunds. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and our reputation depends on it, which is why we work diligently to deliver premium chocolates with outstanding service.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your online order two days before the ship date. You cannot cancel your order within 48 hours of your ship date.
Do you deliver?
No.
Can I pick up my online order in person?
Not at this time.
Do you make custom chocolate orders?
Yes.
Do you cater?
We offer dessert catering services on a limited basis for weekend events only. We request three weeks advanced notice. Our order minimum for dessert catering is $1,000.
Do you provide free samples?
We do not provide free samples.
