Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and we do not give refunds. In addition, all customized packaging is nonrefundable once we confirm your order. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and our reputation depends on it, which is why we work diligently to deliver premium chocolates and baked sweets with outstanding service. We are an accredited business with the Chicago Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating. Cancellations You may cancel your order four (4) days before your delivery/ship date for a full refund:
Please note that all customized packaging is nonrefundable once we confirm your order.
- Cancellations three days before your delivery/ship date will incur a 50% nonrefundable fee (we have already started production on your order). This does not include custom packaging, which is nonrefundable.
- Cancellations within two days of your delivery/ship date will incur a 100% nonrefundable fee (we will have completed your order).
