Baked Sweets

Food Allergens
Nuts: Many items on our menu contain nut ingredients, which we denote with an asterisk (*) on ingredient labels. Please note that we make all of our chocolates and baked sweets using equipment that processes nuts.
Gluten: Except for our Caramel Cookie candy bar, all of our chocolates are gluten-free. Please note, however, all of our chocolates are prepared on equipment that processes gluten.
Vegan Items: Our vegan items include plain chocolate bars (with or without nuts). Very limited selection.

Customization
At My Chocolate Soul®, we love to create unique, luxurious sweet experiences. Select the chocolate flavors you want and box/gift size, and we'll do the rest. If you need assistance, we will gladly work with you to create the perfect chocolate experience for your guests or everyone on your gift list. We will also help you personalize your chocolates to match your event/wedding color scheme or logo (minimums and additional fees apply). Ordering
Clients may order many My Chocolate Soul® products through this website. Online orders ship within 7-10 days. For inquiries or questions about events, corporate orders, and special orders, please click here.

We request four-weeks notice, when possible, for large event and chocolate orders, especially those requiring customization or customized packaging to allow time for back orders and shipping. Orders over 150 boxes placed within two weeks of desired delivery will incur a 20% expedited fee. Please call (773) 234-7141 or email us at info@mychocolatesoul.com if you have any questions.

Payment
Payment is due in full before we ship your order. We accept:

Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and we do not give refunds. In addition, all customized packaging is nonrefundable once we confirm your order. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and our reputation depends on it, which is why we work diligently to deliver premium chocolates and baked sweets with outstanding service. We are an accredited business with the Chicago Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order four (4) days before your delivery/ship date for a full refund:

All customized packaging is nonrefundable once we confirm your order.

Pick Up & Delivery
You may arrange to pick up your sweets directly from our retail location during our normal business hours.

Shipping
We currently ship all products offered on our website, except cupcakes, via FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please click here for more information about shipping.

Samples
We do not provide free samples. We will arrange a tasting, upon request, for clients planning events or client gifts for over 50 people.
